Appel à candidature relatif au programme d’échange franco-allemand d’assistants parlementaires stagiaires à Berlin (2025-2026)

Mis en œuvre par le ministère chargé de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche, l’Assemblée nationale, l’Office allemand d’échanges universitaires (DAAD), l’Université Humboldt de Berlin et le Deutscher Bundestag, le programme d’échange franco-allemand d’assistants parlementaires stagiaires (PEAPS) offre à cinq étudiants français la possibilité d’effectuer un séjour de dix mois à Berlin.

Il comporte une période d’études à l’Université Humboldt, puis un programme d’activités au Bundestag comprenant un stage de trois mois auprès d’un parlementaire allemand. Le PEAPS s’inscrit dans le cadre du “Stage parlementaire international” (IPS – Internationales Parlaments-Stipendium) du Bundestag. Le lancement effectif de ce programme pour la session 2025-2026 se fera sous réserve de la mise à disposition du financement correspondant.
