Mechanics of Sustainable Materials and Structures (MS²)
The “Mechanics of Sustainable Materials and Structures” Master’s program is a unique, international, research-oriented, multiple-degree program. It is offered through joint training activities by the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering at TU Dortmund University (Germany), the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Trento (Italy), and the Department of Mechanics, Materials, and Civil Engineering at Ecole Centrale de Nantes (France).
The program qualifies graduates for research-related and technical professional activities in the areas of:
- Advanced Mechanics for Innovative Materials and Structures,
- Materials and Structures under Extreme Conditions,
- Materials and Structures in their Environment.
The program also prepares students for Ph.D. studies on advanced research topics related to the mechanics of materials and structures in the field of civil engineering.
With Erasmus Mundus scholarships available, the MS² program enables students to study in multiple countries while benefiting from an integrated curriculum that combines theory, experimentation, and advanced simulations. Apply now to join a cutting-edge network of students and researchers shaping the future of sustainable structures.
